According to the Gambling and Lotteries Law, every player must set all mandatory self-limits before starting to play. These limits are in place to support responsible gaming and help you stay in control of both your time and spending.
Mandatory Limits
Please note that you are required to set each of the following limits before you can start playing:
- Overall Stake Limit (daily, weekly, and monthly)
- Single Stake Limit
- Deposit Limit (daily, weekly, and monthly)
- Session Time Limit
Types of Self-Limits Explained
1. Overall Stake Limit (Required)
Defines the maximum total amount of bets you can place within a rolling 24 hours, 1 week, or 1 month, starting from the moment the limit is activated.
The daily period begins at 00:00 hours and ends at 24:00 hours.
The weekly limit is calculated as follows:
- The first week begins at 00:00 hours on the 1st day of the month and ends at 24:00 hours on the 7th day of the month.
- The second week begins at 00:00 hours on the 8th day of the month and ends at 24:00 hours on the 14th day of the month.
- The third week begins at 00:00 hours on the 15th day of the month and ends at 24:00 hours on the 21st day of the month.
- The fourth week begins at 00:00 hours on the 22nd day of the month and ends at 24:00 hours on the 28th day of the month.
The monthly limit is calculated as follows:
The monthly period begins at 00:00 hours on the first day of the month and ends at 24:00 hours on the last day of the same month.
2. Single Stake Limit (Required)
Sets the maximum amount allowed per single bet, whether placed in the casino or on sports betting.
3. Deposit Limit (Required)
Specifies the maximum amount you can deposit within a chosen time period — 24 hours, 1 week, or 1 month.
The daily period begins at 00:00 hours and ends at 24:00 hours.
The weekly limit is calculated as follows:
- The first week begins at 00:00 hours on the 1st day of the month and ends at 24:00 hours on the 7th day of the month.
- The second week begins at 00:00 hours on the 8th day of the month and ends at 24:00 hours on the 14th day of the month.
- The third week begins at 00:00 hours on the 15th day of the month and ends at 24:00 hours on the 21st day of the month.
- The fourth week begins at 00:00 hours on the 22nd day of the month and ends at 24:00 hours on the 28th day of the month.
The monthly limit is calculated as follows:
The monthly period begins at 00:00 hours on the first day of the month and ends at 24:00 hours on the last day of the same month.
4. Session Time Limit (Required)
Determines the maximum amount of time you can remain logged in while playing or browsing the gaming account. Once the desired session time is set, you can see the session time and the remaining time inside of your account.
How Limit Changes Work
- Decreasing a limit: The change takes effect immediately, but not later than within 15 minutes of receiving the request.
- Increasing a limit: The change will only apply after a minimum 48-hour (2-day) waiting period if other requirements were met as per below.
Please note:
- Weekly and monthly Overall Stake and Deposit limits can only be changed once the set time period has fully passed.
- The calculation of limits resets as follows: the monthly limit starts from the 1st day of each month.
- Weekly limit calculation:
Week 1: Starts at 00:00 on the 1st day of the month and ends at 24:00 on the 7th day.
Week 2: Starts at 00:00 on the 8th day and ends at 24:00 on the 14th day.
Week 3: Starts at 00:00 on the 15th day and ends at 24:00 on the 21st day.
Week 4: Starts at 00:00 on the 22nd day and ends at 24:00 on the 28th day.
If the weekly period is shorter than 7 calendar days (from 00:00 on the 29th day of the month until 24:00 on the last calendar day of the month), only the daily and monthly limits apply.
Weekly limits do not apply during this time, until the start of the first week of the next month.
Examples:
1. If you set a Monthly Deposit Limit of €500 on November 10, you can request an increase or a decrease any time. If you make a decrease, it will be instant or not later than within 15 minutes since the request was done. If you would like to increase the limit, it will only increase after December 1, even if the 48-hour waiting period has already passed.
If you set a Weekly Deposit limit of €200 on

If the player submits a request during the first week (on June 7, 202x at 9:00 a.m.) to increase the deposit limits to: a daily limit of EUR 100, a weekly limit of EUR 500, and a monthly limit of EUR 1,000, the Company will change the limits no earlier than 48 hours after receiving the player’s request, and the new limits will take effect as follows:
- Daily deposit limit (EUR 100) – after 48 hours, i.e. on June 10, 202x at 9:00 a.m.
- Weekly limit (EUR 500) – no earlier than the start of the following week, which begins on June 15, 202x at 00:00 a.m.
- Monthly limit (EUR 1,000) – no earlier than the first day of the following month, i.e. on July 1, 202x at 00:00 a.m.
3. On August 20, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., the player submits a request to increase the weekly deposit limit from EUR 500 to EUR 600.
Both of the following conditions must be met before the new limit takes effect:
- 48 hours must pass after the request is received; and
- the limit becomes active at 00:00 on the first day of the corresponding week (as defined in the rules).
Since the request was submitted on August 20 (Wednesday), 48 hours pass on August 22 (Friday) at 9:30 a.m.. However, the next weekly period begins on August 22 at 00:00, which is before the 48-hour period has passed.
Therefore, the new weekly deposit limit will take effect at 00:00 on September 1, 2025, which is the first day of the next full weekly period (the first week of the next month).
4. On August 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., the player submits a request to increase the monthly deposit limit from EUR 1,000 to EUR 2,000.
The monthly deposit limit can be increased only when both of the following conditions are met:
- 48 hours must pass after the request is received; and
- the new limit becomes active at 00:00 on the first day of the following month.
The request was received on August 31 at 10:00 a.m.
Adding 48 hours brings us to September 2 at 10:00 a.m.
The next monthly period starts on September 1 at 00:00, but at that time the 48-hour period has not yet passed.
Therefore, both conditions are met only on October 1, 2025, at 00:00 a.m.
The new monthly deposit limit of EUR 2,000 will take effect on October 1, 2025, at 00:00 a.m.
Two rules apply to increasing the weekly limit: 48 hours must pass after the player’s request is received, and the new limit becomes active at 00:00 on the first day of the following week.
The monthly limit can be increased only after 48 hours from when the player’s request is submitted to the Company. After this period, the Company updates the monthly deposit limit and makes sure the new limit becomes active at 00:00 on the first day of the next month.
This safeguard ensures that limits are consistent, transparent, and effective in supporting responsible play.
