How to make a complaint?

The procedure for complaints is set out in Chapter V of the Regulations on the Organisation of Remote Gambling. All claims shall be submitted by e-mail to lithuania@oc.eu or in writing at the Gambling Organiser's registered office. In the claim, please provide your personal and contact details, the content of the claim, the betting card number and/or attach a copy or electronic image. Claims shall be reviewed within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days of receipt.
