To restrict access to your account:

- Send an email from the same email address registered in your gaming profile to support@olybet.com
2. Account Restoration:
- Access to your account can be restored at any time upon your request.
- To remove the restriction, send an email from the same email address registered in your gaming profile to support@olybet.com

Gambling restrictions can be set in 3 ways:
- Electronically via the Electronic Government Gateway
Visit https://www.epaslaugos.lt/portal/, log in, and fill out the designated application form. - In person at the Gaming Control Authority in Vilnius
You can visit the office directly to submit your request. - At a gambling venue
You can submit a request at any gambling venue where operators accept such applications. A list of these venues is available on the Gaming Control Authority's website: www.lpt.lt.
