If you previously closed your profile upon request, please contact Customer Support to reopen it:

Email: support@olybet.com. Please ensure you send your request from the email address registered in your OlyBet account.
Account Closed Upon Request to the Gaming Control Authority (LPT)
If you submitted a request to the Gaming Control Authority (LPT) to restrict gambling:
- We are unable to reopen your account or check the status of your restrictions.
- You must log in to the LPT website: https://lpt.lrv.lt
There you can:

Check the status of your restriction request.

If the restriction period has ended, initiate the reopening of your account.
Important: After submitting a request to lift the restrictions, the changes take effect within 1–2 business days from the date specified in the confirmation form.
