Conditions for Withdrawing via Bank Transfer

To withdraw funds to a bank account (IBAN), you must:

• Have a verified bank account linked to your profile.

• Request a withdrawal of at least 10 euros (maximum: 10,000 euros).

• Contact Customer Support if you wish to withdraw less than 10 euros via bank transfer.

Conditions for Withdrawing Cash at OlyBet Locations

Cash withdrawals must also be requested through the "Withdraw Winnings" section in your account. Once your cash withdrawal is approved, you will receive a notification in your OlyBet account indicating that the status is "Ready for pickup."

To withdraw cash at a physical OlyBet location, you must:

• Submit the withdrawal request in advance and select your preferred location.

• Wait for the system notification that your withdrawal is ready.

• Present a valid identity document issued by the Republic of Lithuania when collecting the funds.

The minimum amount for cash withdrawal is 2 euros; the maximum is 50,000 euros.

Important Information

• Withdrawals are always processed to the same bank account that you used for your last deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is €10.
